Lol at omnivores. As a vegetarian you gotta work a lot harder to get the right nutrition, amino acids and what not. It's possible, but hard work. Lazy vegetarians are reasonably common and that's not a good place to be. Much easier to just eat meat, but everyone gets to choose choose.

1. profile pic = you don't need to lose weight so forget a calorie deficit. 2. take measurements and pics of yourself 3. do weight training, stronglifts/crossfit for 3 months 3. report back with your results.

You need to weigh stuff for recipes when you cook anyway.... Just leave a set of scales out, it isn't going to take over your life.

Most heart rate monitors are not designed to be worn all day. Get a basic pedometer (Fitbit zip etc), which will give you your steps and the battery will last for months. Use a different device for when your're at the gym. Use MyFitnessPal to combine the data. Done. If you're looking for the holy grail 1 device that does…

1g per lb of lean mass. I'd imagine for a 5' 8" female you're looking about 110g of protein/day.

TDEE-20% is 1600 calories. You shouldn't use your BMR. *Most* people say you should not eat less than your BMR. You've done it for 7 weeks. It's not working. Time to change, not keep your head in the sand. It's a slippery slope and will quickly diminish any weight loss you were expecting.... EDIT : Not trying to sound…

Your TDEE is 2026 (sedentry). Your eating 1200 calories/day (before exercise). You should be eating about 1600 calories/day (before exercise). Seems reasonable. I don't think you're measuring your food properly or you're not logging everything you eat. If you strongly disagree, then i'd suggest going to the doctor and…

7am is my preferred option. Not too early to have a knock-on effect on my bed time the night before.

Yep, had a good PT for a while. Form is good. I've basically been working in a near continual stall-deload cycle for a while.

It's the tongue hanging out her mouth... lets you know she's done that before.

He was keeping that ***** in an emergency jar, which he broke the very second his relationship had a blip. Cunning...

You'd think this would be the case, but that involves logic. Pretty sure most people aren't logical with their emotions (except me, i am robot).

1. Break up 2. Don't waste any more time thinking about it

I wouldn't say i was under-weight... If you go by BMI (lols) then my BMI is 24, on the high end of "Normal". When i was 18, i was 147lbs (and pretty fit).

Consistent calorie deficit at the moment. Macro's aren't terrible. Gym performance stalled weeks and weeks ago. Haven't progressed my lifts significantly/consistently after week 12 of SL5x5. This is another reason why I think starting a bulk @ 155lb is not a bad idea. I really want to raise the weight on my big compound…

As said, 2chicks in Waitrose/Sainsburys. I often find them reduced in Waitrose as they're not very popular.

3 whole eggs scrambled is my early-lunch of choice  The saturated fat is relatively high, but the foods not processed and it's tasty! Gaston eats 4 dozen eggs a day (to help him get large)

Yeah, he wants to do the no pants dance. Best off sleeping with HIS best friend. Also, tell your best friend up front to shoot him down now, or face your *****y wrath.

Were you always overweight? Or were you once a healthy weight? No, I was always "healthy". At 18 i was 147lbs (10.5 stone). Did you "let yourself go"? Or perhaps it was due to a traumatic event, injury or medication? Routine changed when i started working, i ate about the same but drank more alcohol and moved less. I had…

Lifting weight won't turn you into a monster, most of the birds on here want to avoid weights for that reason. In reality it makes them less wibbly and a lot hotter. Best end thread here as you've got enough changes to be getting on with... Taking on too many changes won't end well. Enjoy your insanity - and remember that…

Depending on what your goals are, you'd be well advised to take on some kind of weight lifting. IMO, getting to a magical "goal weight" isn't the everything.
