OK, i am soooo mad at myself. This is the second wk i miss my GW. I was reaaaaally bad on christmas, i ate too many cookies and chocolate. Back to normal. I gained 1 pound though. My weigh in for this wk is 150 pounds. Hopefully i will do better next wk. Good luck to all.

I was hoping to be 148 pounds today. I weighed in this morning, I was 149. I am very disappointed, i am going to try to make it up this week. Hopefully, i will be 146 pounds by next monday. Good luck to all.

Good Luck. Hope you get back on track. I enjoyed food so much too. I could never eat anything that tastes (okay), it has to really taste good, hate eating in the car, always love to have my dish looking pretty, lol. I still do this, but in a smater way. Hmmm, i totally agree that you can distract yourself. I either do something else if I have cravings. OR just close my eyes imagine i am eating a Nutella spoon (that is what i mostly crave), then get it over with and go on. i know this might sound crazy, but it works for me. Hope this helps. Hi all, this is my first time participating in any of the challanges. I have lost 12 pounds, but it seems that i am stuck on this weight for the past week now. Count me in, i can't wait to see how I do with this. Good luck to you all :) My weight today October 1st is 157.
