I had some the other day in nachos. I'm a vegetarian but my meat eating family liked it just as much as meat :) Very similar texture to beef mince and has a nice flavour.

I personally think diet soda is the devil. Maybe I am particularly sensitive to them, but last year I stopped drinking my usual daily dose of Diet Coke and had splitting migraines for a few weeks. Now if I have an occasional Coke, I will get cravings and a headache the next day :( Water is so much better!!!
