ok I suck. Back into a major rutt. STarting P90X tomorrow. Yes, on a Thursday. Lots of family visitors over the weekend, trying to get things back to normal. I of course have a weight loss goal after the holidays and a stressful year. But I signed up to do a Warrior Dash in July. So I need to train, and focus. I will begin training to do a 5K when the weather is better and the days are longer, likely in March. But until then I'll be doing the P90X program.
