I went camping a few days ago and I know this will sound stupid but my mummy sleeping bag fits way better hahahaha It was so tight around my hips before, I couldn't really move in it. Now that I've lost some weight, I have enough room to turn comfortably XD

I weight myself every morning but I don't recommend it! my weight fluctuates a lot so sometimes it is a bit disappointing to see that the number on the scale is higher than the day before! Eat them plain! or spread onto bread/crackers. In winter I put them in hot soups to make them creamier (it's delicious in zucchini soup!) or in mashed potatoes to add some cheesy taste =)

I was also 183lbs Jan 1st and I now weight in at 165lbs (I'm 5'6). I have lost a loooot of inches of my "love handles part" and some of my waist line.
