Ive bought a few different overshirts with ties at the sides at the moment the ties are quite loose but as I lose weight Im hoping I will be able to tie them tighter and pull the shirt in. ( hope im explaining this ok) Hopefully this will see me over a period of being between sizes

Simple solution.....A cup of boiled water at the start of every day before you have anything will keep your system right. If you can drink more that justy the morning one all the better.

Weight watchers do some Belgian Chocolate Mousse Deserts which are really low and really chocolatey would they help maybe? they come in a fair sized pot too not a teeny pot. Aslo sugar free jelly is really low and good for satifying a sweet tooth. You could always put some grapes or chopped fruit in the jelly to bulk it…

Ive switched to drinking just hot water. At first it tasted weird so i added a slice of fresh lemon but now with no lemon i can drink the kettle dry . Ive found it an easy way to get the water in and also seen a massive difference in my skin, its much better. Another bonus is that i dont fancy a biscuit with a cup of hot…

Managed to sort this it was converting to the nearest stone and not taking the odd lbs into the equation , im back on track now :-)

I cant eat porridge it makes me retch, but I do like rice krispies , or special k and add my own fresh fruit. Or natural yougurt with fresh fruit. I also like turkey rashers and grilled cherry tomato for a weekend change.

Hi Everyone, I agree first thing in the morning is the best time , so many times ive been to clubs who weigh in the evening and ive weighed more than that morning and it has made me so disheartened. So im sticking to mornings too I dont want anything to sway me off track this time . Good luck everyone :-)
