I dont know what your style is, but the bathing suits from the 60's are making a come back, so the waist band goes way up covering your belly, i personally think they are so cute!

I am on day 4, I did the Shred first! I am notcing a difference in my thighs, but nothing too dramtic. I will keep you posted as I progress.

You are right a pound is a pound, saying muscle weighs more then fat is still CORRECT! Volume wise, if you filled one cup of fat and one cup of muscle, the exact same VOLUME the muscle is going to weigh more. Thats what anyone has to remember!

I never weigh myself that week, becasue I am almost certain it would go up 2-3 lbs! I would get discouraged!

Trust me you are not!! Patience is key! You would have seen the scale budge had you not been working out, however, the exercise will help with keeping the weight off!

You should definetly only be weighing in once a week, it takes 4 weeks for you to notice any real changes in your body. I find weighing in on Monday morning the best becasue it makes me accountable for what I eat on the weekends, which is harder for me! Its easy to be on a meal plan mon-fri at work. I am on day 17 now (level 2) and haven't lost a pound. I am also on a strict diet, so frustrating!

I am on day 6 of the shred and day 7 of my diet, I gained a pound, but I hear this is normal, gaining muscle before I lose the fat. Is this happening to anyone else who is just starting?
