try the lotion called "cetaphil" (the one in the tub with the screw on lid works best if you have really dry skin, or the pump lotion if its not super bad. i have very dry skin especially during the weather changing and its the only thing that works. u should be able to buy it at walmart. make sure its the lotion and not…

freeze a peeled, sliced ripe banana and puree it in a blender, add some honey or peanut butter or maybe even a little chocolate syrup, it tastes just like ice cream!

i did it in about 6 months, i go for about an hour walk every day and i dont eat back the calories that i burn. i eat 1,100-1,200 a day :)

as weird as it sounds when i plateau i spend one day "pigging out" (ill eat like 2,000 calories) and the next day i will have gained like a pound but after that the weight starts coming off again and ill be like 5 pounds thinner than i was at the plateau in about 2 weeks! just gotta make sure you can go right back to the…

most of the loss was since new years this year, so 6 months!

i eat 1200 calories a day. no drinks with calories is the biggest thing i did (except crystal light) and no fried foods. LOTS of veggies and salads and chicken!

yes. my stomach is pretty bad but im pretty sure most of it is from having two kids! i dont think ill ever have the flat/toned abs like the girls on tv but i could get close im sure! :)

i just had a baby two months ago. you gain some during the pregnancy but you will lose most if not all of iy very very fast. especially if you breastfeed. 90% of the weight you gain is all baby. however its extremelly dangerous to try and get pregnant if you have an ED because the baby will be using up stores your body…
