ive lost over 90 by only walking and eating well. i walk about 30-90 min every day or every other day

I have been doing this for 8.5months now and I am still at that before/after my goal thought process. I wish I knew how to change it!! :-(

thank you guys, i think that is part of the problem is i feel like i completely failed when my day isnt "perfect" calorie wise and so i get that mentality that since i went over 200 calories the day is shot anyways so i might as well eat everything i want and start again tomorrow.. ugh!!

Should have gotten back to this earlier... SW- 134.4 EW- 128.4 Lost 6 pounds. Then lost two more. Then gained back to 130.. Ugh Im having such a horrible time this last week

today is day 13! so final weigh in will be the day after tomorrow, morning. (friday morning here) im already down almost 8 pounds since we started!! cant believe it (some of it was from being sick :-( )

i woke up with some awful food poisioning.. i really hope it passes quick, my birthday is on saturday!

decided im not weighing myself again till thursday.. super crossing my fingers that ill be down a couple more pounds!!

i was SO sick all night from the dinner i ate! maybe it was trying to teach me a lesson.. lol

on vacation... took my boyfriend out for dinner and i did good and ordered a turkey burger but completely messed up and got a chocolate malt and fries :-( i feel so gross now!!! ugh, i was doing so good too!!! oh well, tomorrows a new day! one more week with no slip ups!

i am SO excited i had to basically run to my computer to tell everyone lol. its day 7, just weighed myself for the first time in a week and im already at my goal weight for the two weeks!! woo hoo! one more week to go!! great job to everyone! keep it up. this is day 4 for me. today will be a hard one because my newborn hasnt slept hardly at all the past three nights.. hope i have the energy to get out and do something!!

i was craving sweets so bad today. i grabbed a peach and decided to make a peach/cherry smoothie with 1tbs fat free milk. it ended up being lile 65 calories and helped SO much with the craving! yay!! day 3.. almost done

eat 1500 for a couple days, you will probably gain some but then go down to a 1100-1200 a day diet and you will lose back what you gained and then some. stay at 1200 a day and when you start to plateau go up to 1500 for a day and then back down.

when you are dying to eat something drink a bunch of water or eat something lite like an apple or a salad, or even some egg whites. or occupy yourself by doing something different (clean the house or go for a walk!) if your like me food is on your mind the most when your bored! i find whenever im dying for some sweets i go…

same at my house, my daughter actually needs to GAIN weight so i have to cook two completely different meals! what about some roasted/steamed veggies with a little soy sauce? i do that a lot since its super low calorie and helps hold me over!

ive lost 90lbs. i started out at a 42 DD and am now a 36C i think mine are way more saggy than they used to be (but that could also be from breastfeeding two kids) im willing to live with it cuz im pretty sure im really the only one that thinks they look bad and id rather be skinny with saggy parts than overweight!!

day 2 of 14! i have my day planned out, an egg and FF yogurt for breakfast, minestronie soup for lunch, and tofu fried rice for dinner! yumm
