STARTING WEIGHT FOR ME: 134.4 (aparently i gained 4 effing pounds since yesterday, it makes me want to cry!)
GOAL WEIGHT: 129's!
im not going to weigh in until next friday! i cant wait to do this, sweets are my addiction, and lately ive been eating way too much of them with the mentality that i can burn it off later, well no more of that! i want to lose my final 10 pounds and keep it off for good!0 -

This is my first report: 60.3.
This commitment was just great for me for yesterday I weighed 60.1. Had I not joined the group, I could have been depressed today for having augmented after really having had a good day on my diet yesterday. Not that I don't understand that there may be variations of weight from one day to another, but unconsciously I want my weight to always come down no up!
Oh, well! I'm sure in the end it will work.

Ok. my first day went just find. Walked on my treadmill for 30 minutes. It's too hot outside!
The scale said I lost 100 grs. I'm ok with that ( I wish it were more, but I have to accept facts) At least it didn't go up this time.
So my weight is 60.2kg.
My goal is one day at a time. I hope to finish this one without cheating.

No way! I'm one of those thateats everything in moderation, so I'll eat my fruits and veggies, and my cookies and ice cream too. Besides, no one in RL would want to be around me if I haven't had my treats.0
