    if i work it in can i enjoy a few shots of rum or is that considered cheating? as long as its not cheating as i drink it with diet coke than i would be in otherwise ill have to wait until sunday .... otherwise im eating healthy anyways when i can eat. but i NEED this night out with the girls.

    I'm in for a better 2 weeks than previous weeks! I fly out to Australia in two weeks so really need to stick to my cals 100% to be sure I'm in the best shape when I go.

    haha I do this anyway, i eat just under my mfp goal and i never eat anything fattening, this is my 4th week :)

    STARTING WEIGHT FOR ME: 134.4 (aparently i gained 4 effing pounds since yesterday, it makes me want to cry!)
    GOAL WEIGHT: 129's!

    im not going to weigh in until next friday! i cant wait to do this, sweets are my addiction, and lately ive been eating way too much of them with the mentality that i can burn it off later, well no more of that! i want to lose my final 10 pounds and keep it off for good!

    start in weight 201 to be under 200 lbs would be great. at least 5 lbs or more.

    This is my first report: 60.3.
    This commitment was just great for me for yesterday I weighed 60.1. Had I not joined the group, I could have been depressed today for having augmented after really having had a good day on my diet yesterday. Not that I don't understand that there may be variations of weight from one day to another, but unconsciously I want my weight to always come down no up!

    Oh, well! I'm sure in the end it will work.
