    I cheat daily and love it.
    Well, I would not really call it cheating. I get to eat anything I want but just balance it with exercise.
    People into restrictive diets fail in the end anyway, so I'd rather cheat and reach my goals than diet and diet but fail in the end.

    Anyway, 2 weeks is only 2 lbs of weight loss if you're doing this right.

    for the Record.....I don't care if I lose 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or even 8 pounds in 2 weeks......it is a great motivator to stick to a challenge for me anyhow. I am doing it for my Health first and foremost..

    I've lost 2 of my 10 goal already.
    I do Insanity 5 days a wk... done week one already.
    I'm on a 30/20/50 protein. Total 1600 calories
    I've lost 50 lbs in the past 4 years... working on the final 10 and toning up!!

    This sounds great!!

  • I'm starting the 2 weeks today (was naughty over the weekend damn it!).

    SW: 145lbs
    GW: 142lbs

    Not a huge decrease being aimed for, but I know how slow I lose weight! x
