I started running in January and I've done four of them so far, my best is high 28. My first was 31:45. I keep getting better with each one so we'll see..... I have another one in a week and a half and I'm starting to train for a 10k that's in September. My goal is always just to finish!

I run early mornings or closer to sunset as well when it cools off. The only time I run on the treadmill is if my hubby's busy and can't watch our girls, other than that, I'd rather be outside!

I ran my first one March 31st and ran a 31:45. I'm signed up for one next weekend, one in May, and one in June already.....they're very addictive and so much fun! :smile:

I use flatouts bread and put it in the oven a few minutes and then put sauce and whatever pizza toppings I want on it....They're huge and very filling. The bread is 90 calories for the light version and whatever toppings you add. Delicious!

I'm completely obsessed! Love it.... I'm crafty so I'm constantly searching the DYI/Crafts and the fitness/food areas!

I do work out videos at home, I really like the ones by Jillian and do a 5k run everyother night on the treadmill now that it's so cold out. I also do classes at the fitness center, but they get expensive too.
