Completely agree....people email at work vs. picking up the phone and calling. The world has lost to many personl skills for sure!

Never started. I'm 30, and honestly I'd rather spend time with my family then on facebook. The people I want to see or talk too I do anyway.

A boredom eater! If I stay busy I'm fine, but if I don't have anything to do or am just watching TV, I like to eat. PLUS I have a desk job, which is absolutely horrible for wanting to snack all day long!

I'm a very picky eater myself! I hate all raw veggies...yes ALL OF THEM! Do you like Ground Turkey? You can subsitute that in tacos and spaghetti to make them a little healthier. Use Whole Wheat pasta/tortilla shells and such. It's hard when your limited to the foods you like, I know this! There are a lot of alternitive…

I get up in the morning before work and excercise too. I have 2 kids, so it's hard to find time after work. I do some fitness classes at night, but it's hard to squeeze them in sometimes, so mornings work best for me.

Me too! I feel off the wagon back in June when my husband became sick and now I'm jumping back on the wagon to get rid of this unwanted fat! Welcome and good luck---We WILL do it!

My goal is to lose about 13 pounds. I've done this all before, I'm just hoping this time I can keep it off!!! Good luck everyone! It's so much easier to gain then lose unfortunately!
