I did the fit test on Saturday and I thought that was tough. I was doing the 30 day shred before so I was surprised when this kicked my butt. I was planning on starting on Monday but of course life got in the way but am planning on continuing tonight! Good luck to us! :laugh:

I agree with easywider...My husband is 5'10 - 5'11 and he is currently 167 I believe. I tell him all the time not to lose too much more weight because he feels too skinny. I couldn't image what he would be like at 150. I know his goal was to lose the weight and then add more muscle.

That is so disappointing as I was looking forward to seeing it! I was hoping it would be better then #3!!! That ending blew too! :mad:

Had to try the peanut butter snickers that my son got. I really enjoyed that! Then when he went to bed I took a mini twix and a mini kit kat. Today in my lunch I brought chocolate covered raisins and peanut butter m&ms. The m&ms didn't survive the morning and I am fighting the urge to eat the raisins. :happy:

Pack your own food and bring it with you. I took a road trip to Florida and we filled a cooler with ice and brought fruit and sandwich stuff plus other little healthy goodies.

I find it rude as well. I have had this same fight with my husband. While out and about shopping we will decide to stop and eat as I have a 9 year old who is always hungry. Tripping and falling!!! Not injured but really embarrassed since I was jogging by the side of a busy road! A cat jumping out of a bush (at night) and scaring the crap out of me! I almost peed myself! LOL.
