I pretty much work for my dream career company, I'm only 28 so of course I'm not like making the big bucks and running the show right now, but I basically plan to work for this company for the rest of my employed life. I work for a successful beer distributor, and I mean really, the beer business is awesome. But if I could…

I get "one of those Kardashians" on a pretty regular basis. I think it's just because I'm short, brown, and have a lot of T&A going on. It kinda creeps me out with the men in my office who are old enough to be my dad say "Hey Kim K!" every time I enter the break room, mostly because I'm sure they've seen her sex tape.…

1- Pop Chips. Any flavor. I start thinking "Oh these are way better for me than regular potato chips" and then I've eaten an entire bag. 2- Girl Scout Cookies (particularly Thin Mints or Caramel de Lites). Forget it, I'll eat all those b!tches in a day. 3- Nutella. I'll start by putting it on toast, then a banana, then I'm…

Took it last night! And the pic I had up before today I'd taken on St. Patrick's Day (it's pretty obvious which one of my pics it was). I'm fat in my old pics, new pics only!!

Hahahahahahahaha YES. That was my intended reaction.

I bulked up just reading this.

A thong (or at least Victoria's Secret "cheeky" style) bikini on my honeymoon next year. I'm getting married on May 31, 2014, and I don't know if I'd actually wear a thong bikini, but I wanna be able to if I want. I worked in the mall with a bunch of girls when I was 18 and my boss was in really great shape, worked out a…

I'm 5'3" and currently at 145 lbs (give or take a couple, it fluctuates), and I generally wear a size 8. I'm hoping to get down to around a size 2 or 4, and somewhere in the 125-130ish range although throughout this whole process I've kinda been re-evaluating every 10 lbs or so. I realize a size 2(ish) goal sounds like a…

Appearance-wise, my freshman year of college. I was 17/18, I was in dance classes 5 days a week (ballet 2 days, tap 3 days), and I went to the gym 6, sometimes 7 days a week. I would go really late at night when nobody was there and do an hour of cardio and then like a thousand sit-ups because I read somewhere that Britney…

I hold on to that dream too. WE NEED MORE OF THIS:

Ummm washed up??? His new album just officially dropped this week and is already forecasted to have the largest album sales in one week since Lil Wayne's "The Carter IV" in 2010 (which was a HUGE album), his stadium tour this summer with Jay-Z, the 20/20 Experience, sold out in like record time, and people are scalping…

Whatever, I listened to the whole thing, loved it. Loved Futuresex/Lovesounds. Loved Justified. Loved NSYNC. Judge me all y'all want. Honestly, if Justin Timberlake put out an album of him reading some insanely boring novel, I'd probably buy it and love it. Fanhood runs deep.

I can really only think of the cons associated with a nudist gym. **** flying all over the place while running on a treadmill, and I REALLY don't wanna see somebody attempt some serious squats in the nude. I'm all for embracing one's body, but there is such thing as bad naked.

Eh I live in the south, I'm used to it. Even guys I work with who are probably my age or older, but are in a lower ranking professional role than I am call me ma'am. Just kind of the every day vernacular here!

About 10ish. Well, maybe less actually, just depending on what my workout regime is like. I've lost around 30lbs and I've gone from a 14 to a 6/8 depending on the brand. I notice that when I'm doing a lot of strength training, the scale moves more slowly but the inches come off, so I'm happy with that!

OMG every time!!! That half is SO important!!

I totally stopped saying the months when my son was like 18 months or so (and I didn't say 12 months, I said 1 year). It was just easier to say "he's 1 and a half" or "he'll be 2 in November." Plus, if I have to do math to figure out how old your kid is, I'm not interested.

You can get your calcium with green leafy veggies and all kinds of other things. And if you're still concerned, you can always take a calcium supplement (which is actually recommended for women over 40 I believe). I've never been a milk drinker, I just don't like it, and I've recently cut pretty much all dairy out of my…

I'm really particular about my teeth, and I thought it might kinda be overkill but I started going to a new dentist a couple months ago and he complimented my very white teeth and healthy gums---so I guess I'm doing something right! Brush twice a day (right when I get up and before bed) AM brush: just normal brushing,…

My friend who goes to this gym told me the other day "You'll do great! I mean, you won't really be able to move your arms for like a week, but you'll get used to it" haha---looks like washing my hair isn't happening this week!
-
Well I bathe daily, but I only wash my hair maybe 2 or 3 times a week. It's gotten used to very limited washing so it doesn't get oily as quickly, even after working out...I love dry shampoo for the in between days!

Butt and thighs. They are the first place I gain, last place I lose, and they seem to be massive.

I effing knew it:

I'm recently engaged, and my fiance is very much the "would be happy going to the court house" kind of guy. When we started getting really serious and discussing the idea of marriage, we realized we were pretty much polar opposites on what we wanted. He was ready to just go down to the court house and be done with it, then…

SHHHHH! Don't tell people about this place!! We're already the #1 growing city in the country, and people are moving here like crazy...make it stop!

I grab lunch from there all the time, and several people I know have done their "21 Day Challenge" and have all had GREAT results. Really helps you get in the habit of eating healthy meals and knowing what your body needs so when you're done with the challenge you can make your own meals similar to those at MFF. Plus they…

Not to sound like a mega-*kitten*, but this. It doesn't have to be one or the other, you can still enjoy life, not be starving, and be fit and reach your weight loss/fitness goals. It's called moderation and hard work!
-
I like the way these fit too, they're just too short on me (no idea why, I'm only 5'3"...guess I have abnormally long legs?), but definitely a more reasonably priced option, given you don't have super long legs.
-
I don't wear "mom" jeans but even with my big *kitten*, my crack never shows. There is a happy medium! My preferred brands of jeans are Seven for All Mankind, Citizens of Humaity, and Joe's Jeans. Yeah, they're pricey, but they are better quality and fit me better than pretty much any other kind of jeans, and I'm really…

Oh this one too! I've lost almost an entire ring size! I didn't even realize my fingers had extra weight on them too lol
