I always eat dinner with my son and fiance. Take out stuff like bread, pasta, potatoes.... increase veggies and a small portion of lean meat.

I try to eat 4-5 small meals a day at 200-300 calories each. Not all calories are created equal... try eating steamed veggies for a snack or an apple. You can eat a LOT more steamed veggies than you can with most "snacks". edited for more info

Find something not too caloric to munch on at the end of the day... like an apple and peanut butter (or PB2) or some celery and hummus.

1500-1800 a day. I do Zumba twice a week and weights 2-3 times a week, plus walking 2-3 times a week.

I really like eating Arctic Zero frozen dessert when I have a sweet craving. It is only 150 calories for the whole pint and all natural. It also has whey protein in it.
