My body image is horrible too... and I know I am not that big at 5'8" and 138 lbs .. and a LOT of women would love to be my size.. but in my head I am still the same 158 lb chick when I look in the mirror

I count it, but I also wear leg weights when I clean since I go up and down the stairs, so it is burning extra calories!

Sriracha sauce makes everything better :) nutrional yeast is also good on veggies! Asparagus drizzled lightly with EVOO and sprinkle some garlic powder and some fresh cracked pepper... SO good!!! Brussels sprouts halved, sautéed with some onions, EVOO, and turkey bacon bits

I try to add fruit and let it "flavor" my water. Crystal Light and Mio just make me feel thirstier.
