I love my dog sooo much because he lets me do this to him! and lets me snuggle him like this http://tinypic.com/r/2iqjwy/5 His name is Zac and I rescued him from a breeding farm where he was beaten, he was very nervous but now he is so loving yet very protective of me and his brother (a 6 month old kitten called Humphrey!)

Im going to sound a right posho BUT I LOVE LOVE LOVE Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict Oily fish on a toasted wholewheat Muffin with a poached egg and some hollandaise sauce (you can skip the sauce as you mention you dont like creamy) I also swear by the new 'lite' Lucozade Sport to rehydrate.
