Low Carb and Calorie Intake
OK so I am following a low carb diet limiting myself to a max of 30g of carbs a day which I get from Green Veg but I am only on 1200 kcals a day.. I'm not going to lie I would love a few more kcals but I darent increase them incase I gain weight but I have read on various websites that I should be eating more HELP!!

How do you keep motivated?
I have over 40lbs to lose and it seems like its never going to happen!! I need to stay motivated as I dont want another fat summer holiday. So what do you do to keep motivated and keep moving? Also, does anybody know how to set their ticker so its lbs to go rather than lbs lost?
