Sounds stupid right?! But between now and Christmas I am cutting out all refined carbs, alcohol and caffeine (apart from the occasional green tea) and I have read so many forums and seen so much 'advice' that I am now confused.
I know fruit has a lot of sugar in it but if I eat this Clemantine that is taunting me will it ruin my 'detox'
HELP!
