What does your sodium intake look like on a day to day basis? Excess sodium really can pack on extra water weight and you won't see much of a change on the scale.

Chicken, beef or veggie fajitas but skip the tortillas, sour cream and cheese. Why not add a tablespoon or so of guacamole if you're feeling adventurous... and have a few chips. Just don't eat the whole basket. Enjoy!!
