I am fuller busted as well I wear two sports bras, I run just fine no pain no jiggly but I also buy sports bras that are one or two sizes too small. Hope that may help

The whole point of this thread is to lose muscle then its fat. A least pick one topic and stick to it. Also its highly unlikely she will be gaining muscle on her intake.

I don't know if this is the case for you but in my gym they do little cards a workout on them depending on your goal so you have strength, weight loss, health etc but you have to return them after the workout to the stand. Maybe see if your gym has this?

You are a little biased as you are friends with OP but she has changed her story several times from saying she wants less muscle to then less fat and the calories eaten. At the end of the day from a impartial view it is impossible for her to be gaining muscle on 1300-1600 calories unless she is ultra special!

I would personally eat more I'm no expert not even close but I couldn't survive in 1000-1200 calories a day. I have around 1400-1500
