I personally HATE the scale. Our friendship is OVER. I lock it up for 2 weeks at a time if not more! I use it as a tool to measure progress so I can log the number here. I used to obsess over it but with the daily fluctuations in weight it can drive a person NUTS and unmotivate you. Be careful how serious your relationship…

Weigh once a week at the same time of day in about the same clothes. It works... stay off of that scale anymore than that! Weight fluctuates daily. Also, if you don't lose one week and you have been on plan and doing everything right I've found the next week at weigh in I would lose almost double my norm! Good luck to you…

I do everyday... I've lost 40lb since April on MFP. My activity level here is set for sedentary.

Nope just dont do it more than once a week to still show a loss but dont go crazy that one day and mess up the whole weeks progress !!!

Yes! I overcame by sticking low calorie during the day and making sure to exercise. I eat a normal supper and 1 to 2 snacks at night. Of course I have "planned" snacks that fit into my daily allowance calorie wise readily available at night. Good luck!

Grilled chicken salad no dressing... my go to! I love the cheese and spicy chicken strips. If I go at supper I get a cheese quesidilla along with it.

I would definitely have the kitty drink my finger anytime a few drops of water goes a long way in cats. You could also wet his chin, sides of his face a bit, or paws.. he will definitely CLEAN it off and that way there's some water in! But definitely take the kitty to the vet monday just to get it checked out.

810 calories is my normal supper.. not a binge by any means. A binge for me is pizza ---cant touch it! ConfessionI have eaten over half a pizza hut pan meatlovers all by myself!! Life happens, pick yourself up, go for a LONG walk and start over tomorrow RIGHT BACK ON TRACK!

Nope doesnt sound like my house. I argue I want help cleaning he says "its woman's work, I work hard at work, blah blah blah" thats where I quit listening. It's like everyday for me. Ate what I brought with me. I took the candy work provided and have it in my car for the kids (took it out there at lunch). Tonight after all is said and done if I have calories left to use I will have a treat (like I do every night) My favorite treat is..... honey nut cherrios with skim milk..…

I don't. I count out a serving size or TWO in a bowl and that's what I eat. My husband thinks I'm nuts at times but hey gotta measure it out!!!

Pizza.... I rarely get it and try to get a SMALL so I can only have one or two pieces. That way the kids eat the rest right then. I can't let it sit in the kitchen because I keep going back for a bite here and there.

Look up tdee and bmr on here.. read read read!!!! Just an example: women in their mid 30's with a sedentary lifestyle when weighing 185lb being 5' 5" you can eat 1415 to lose without any exercise. Yes! I have my activity set to sedentary and only log actual exercise. I normally eat most earned exercise calories back. I've lost 37lb since April

Forgot to add.. lots of good days= weight loss.. a bad day here and there will just stall it a bit- if you fall off one day.... climb right back on with the next meal!!!! no worries!!!!! but you just cant have more bad days than good in the mix because it equals MAINTENANCE

My go to meal at Taco Bell is the chicken soft tacos and pintos n cheese. Tacos are 150 cal each and the pintos are 180 cal. Complete satisfying meal for 480 cal!
