FIRST weigh yourself and take measurements. Then weigh all the food... track every bite, every nibble. Change up your diet.. stop eating your "go to" foods. I'm 5'5" and started out losing at 1600 cal a day at 200+lbs, every 10lb lost I would drop 100 or so calories until near goal and then I started running to lose the last 10lb. I have absolutely nothing to add to this. So sorry I don't have any helpful suggestions. Funny to me only, yeah I get it. I live on coffee until lunch, then its water. When I get home diet cola until bed. Don't forget all the good food mixed in and oh yeah I love splenda. Heaven help LOL <trolls jump now>

Me either but I do the dreadmill if its raining... I have found if I'm outside and go until I get tired.. there is no other way to get home but turn around and huff it back home... much to easy to turn of the treadmill and go back upstairs when I tire.
