I like to drink some milk or a protein shake before bed. Helps me sleep and so I am not as hungry in the morning. If I wake up in the middle of the night - I try to eat an apple or an orage.

I am 5'8 and my long term goal is 190-180. Short term is to lose 30 lbs by my Las Vegas Trip in March.
