  • Sounds odd but I make Kale chips, very low calorie and packed full of vitamins.. I spice them up with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Been almost a week for me, started last Tuesday ( instead of Monday for a change thought it might help to change the starting day from a Monday to a Tuesday):smooched: . I could also use support and have some to offer please feel free to add me as well
