Thank you. I am really happy with my results so far. My water intake was 118 cups out of 56 suggested in the MFP log so 944 oz out of 448 oz suggested.

Ripped is harder than Shred, even following the beginner person. I started with Shred and was very out of shape. I just kept up as best as I could and eventually you get the stamina to stay caught up.

I am currently on Week 4 of Ripped in 30. My last day is Saturday. I loved 30DS it was the perfect starter DVD. Ripped in 30 is more intense. I would definitely recommend both DVDs. I am thinking of starting Turofire next. It looks like alot of fun.
