I think you missed posting my week 2 weight W2 - 188.8 Sorry I am late this week W3 - 191.2 Had a terrible weekend for eating. Was at the ball diamonds all weekend and had to eat at the concession stand. Also was not really good on water which I think really made a difference. Back at it this week.

I don't think I am going too far. According to the BMI calculator on this site my ideal weight is 148 - 199 lbs. My new goal is about 190 which still puts me at the top end of healthy. I just still have some fat in my stomach area that I would like to reduce some more.

Thank you all. When I first started I was eating closer to my calorie goal. I also started 30DS about a week after I started my journey which I think helped me build up some muscle which I think helped. I have cut out a lot of processed foods from my diet, and I eat a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables as well. I am no…
