Log what you want, that's the point of having your own log. If I burn calories, I want to see it! That's like the person that complained once on a thread about people that only walk on treadmills...

I go to Zumba twice a week, when I can make it. I absolutely love it! There are some males in my class as well.

I have a long way to go, but my goal is a perfect 10! I'm 5'7" and about in size 18.

In the middle of Zumba last night, the teacher had to stop the class and tell 3 people to get out that were about to throw down about one of them that kept running into the other two. The one girl always travels the room, not respecting other people's space, and we have very limited space!

I hate running, and use my 30 minutes on the treadmill to do a brisk walk, so not all that get on the treadmill jog, it's not a rule with treadmills that they are only to be used for jogging/running.

Ground turkey, mixed w/ some taco or fajita seasoning, saute in some vegetables and put in a FF or low carb tortilla.

Definitely anything salty and crunchy - chips, crackers, etc. I can eat those all day long!

I have sleep apnea and have been on a CPAP machine for over 5 years now. I have just started (today) on MFP, and hope to be off the machine by the end of this year. Among other things, my weight has caused the sleep apnea. I dream of the day I can go to bed or nap without it! Congratulations to you for achieving that.
