I've had two. The first one was a gift and I used it to make baby food and it worked wonderfully until we lost part of when we moved. I do and absolutely love it. I'm on my third round of it and Monday I am starting the last week of this round.

I have only used Turbofire but with it I have lost 38.2 lbs and 40.45 inches.

I would go with Turbo Jam. They always have one person that does the low impact moves for you to follow. Then as you become more conditioned you can move up to the higher impact moves as you feel comfortable. I absolutely love working out with Chalene and she is extremely motivating!

I am currently doing P90X and have completed Turbofire. I plan on buying Chalean Extreme next and eventually buying most of what they offer. I also drink Shakeology and absolutely love it! Feel free to add me!

I did the 12 week program and was able to lose 22.6 pounds and 27.1 inches. Most of the time I did do the stretch 10 and felt that it really helped. I am currently doing P90X but still supplementing some of the Turbofire into it. I plan on buying the advanced dvd's and doing Turbofire program again for the full 20 weeks.…

I had an emergency c-section almost 5 yrs ago and then a planned c-section 18 months ago and I also have the shelf. I do notice that it is decreasing in size as I lose weight but it is still there. I'm hoping if I continue to work hard and get to my goal that it will be gone. I guess only time will tell.

I use Maple Grove Farms sugar free butter flavor syrup. It is only 30 calories for 1/4 cup, which I never use that much.

I have done Turbofire and and currently working on P90X! I absolutely love both of them. I'm also thinking about ordering Insanity, Chalean Extreme and their new program Tai Cheng =)

Eating too few calories will send your body into starvation mode. It is usually recommended that you not eat less than 1200 calories because your body won't be getting the nutrients that it needs.

I'm 5'3' and my goal weight is 125. My current calorie intake is right around 1200 but will probably up it when I get closer to my goal weight.

Pizza is one of my families favorites and we actually tried this earlier this week and it was a big hit for us. An exercise called flutter kicks is a great way to work on the stomach. It is something I learned while in the Army and have hated them ever since. But I have to say they do work. I haven't been doing them but about to start using them again to get my stomach flat again. I will post a link that shows you how to do them.…

I love the HIIT work outs, but HIIT 25 is my favorite! I'm right there with you on the Sculpt 30, but I do it anyway so I can build the muscle. And yes Tone 30 is the same way.
