  • Hi! This is my first running (okay for me...probably more walking) challenge. I'm excited to set my goal at 50 miles for October. We are getting a four legged addition this week, so between him and our other fur baby- I foresee many walks in my future. ;)

  • I will be finishing up my Day 5 of Level 1. I'm only doing 5 days of each level, and one day of Zumba...and taking a day of rest. :) So after tonight, I'll be on Level 2...I think I like this one better than the Shred. I guess I'll know after I move off level 1...LOL

  • I'm still in it...last week was rough for me as I was out of town for work...feel sorry for the folks below me in my hotel room....LOL...Jillian and me on my little ol DVD player in the hotel room. I'm on Day 28 so only a couple more days....woo hoo!

  • Ha! Well good luck. I like the C25k program but it's too cold now to run outside and I feel guilty for going to the gym after working all day...hence why I'm doing the video :)

  • I finished Day 5 today. I was able to walk again normal after Day 3...lol. I found doing a short stretching/yoga video after helps tremendously with the soreness....well when I can. This morning my son woke up before I was done with Jillian and preceded to "work out" with me so I was done after that. :) Good luck!
