I'm back after nearly a 3 week absence since I had a painful foot from a broken toe. Swelling is down, pain almost gone, and I am going to set a goal of 40 miles for October. Hurt my foot last night, no walking today. Have been icing and elevating. If the toe is broken, I may not be back to walking right away. 34 miles toward my 45 mile September goal. :cry:

My first time to use the LS 3 mile Walk Your Belly Flat. What kind of HRM do you have, and where did you buy it? I have an old one that I bought years ago when I had a Nordic Track but it doesn't work anymore. I tend to agree with you about the FitBit. I got it originally because I thought it was neat that it synced with MFP, but that never worked very well for me either.

I just got my videos last week, and want to join the September Walk Challenge! My goal is 45. I did 2 miles on 9/1, 2 miles on 9/2, and 3 miles on 9/4 plus 3 miles today. Goal -45 miles To date - 10 miles 35 miles to go :smile:
