Surgeon or not you are still a human. We are not perfect - so proud of you for exposing yourself and starting again. I am on my 4th time starting my weight loss. The difference now though is it is for me and no one else - but they will reap the benefits from it in the end!!

Didn't read everyone' comments but what about an intolerance to gluten. My mom change her diet to gluten and preservative free and lost 25 lbs and belly is gone.

I am 5' 2.75" SW 176lbs CW 169lbs - goal is 135lbs and will go from there I guess. Most of my friends on MFP have quit so I deleted them. Glad to see some folks on the shorter side with great success ! I have only been back at it for 30 days.

[/quote] Completely agree. It's mostly only in Northern American that you can get free refills. All of Europe you pay for what you drink. The government is only trying to take steps to encourage healthier lifestyles but you can still drink your litres of coke if you like. Let's not forget it's not a fundamental human right…

As a family 2-3 times a week - My husband and I work together so we eat lunch out 3-4 times a week - breakfast maybe once every couple of months...
