I have oatmeal and a boiled egg most every morning ... just let it boil while I am drying my hair LOL - but really if you want something else planning ahead and making everything like on Sunday and refrigerating it is the way to go....

Do you have to run outside or can you do it on a treadmill? Does it tell you what pace to run at on the treadmill ?

You can adjust you calories on the exercise log and I would definitely use the calorie count off the heart rate monitor - MFP is just an educated guess per your body weight and height - and no it doesn't carry over ....

You may not be eating enough calories - I just started myself - I am in week 3 and everything I read says make sure you eat your calories ...... I don't know but I am trying to eat them all even when I am full and water water water - even though it makes me gag sometimes LOL

My hubby has been saying the same thing and he has only lost 10 lbs - he says he feels lighter and his skin doesn't feel as tight .... so If it is abnormal then I he is abnormal with you ! LOL I have lost only 6 lbs and don't feel much different ....

Yes big Ta Ta's are not fun - I am a F cup and would love to be a full C cup but even before I gained weight I was a DD so I lose some just not enough .... my hubby doesn't want them to go away though so oh well can't win them all LOL

I guess you could say new clothes is a given but I plan on keeping a couple of things and having them altered and keeping the excess fabric cut off ... silly I know but memories of me being miserable I think are the only thing going to keep me on track.
