don't give up, don't give in! You can do it! track those calories and be for real, no guessing. Lots of water, a really good multi-vitamin and good sleep all helped me!

Hi, I'm new here also. Started being serious about weight loss when I hit 300lbs about 4 years ago. I lost 60lbs over about 1 1/2 years and then kinda settled in around 250.
