  • Larabars or protein bars are great snacks, and can be part of a breakfast as well. They are super easy, cheap, and don't have to be refrigerated. Another quick tips is to cook your bacon or turkey sausage on a Sunday, and then all you have to do is heat up a serving each morning. Other snacks: nuts, trail mix, etc...stuff…

  • We have the same issue. My husband did a lot of research on it, and found that the problem happens most often from too much air in the line, and one thing you can do is essentially turn the machine upside down and "burp" it, but also to keep the reservoir full at all times. It wouldn't hurt to descale your machine either.
  • I had the same question when I first started MFP, and the advice I was given was to log as Circuit Training - General which isn't that accurate. I would definitely do with what the previous folks responded - the HRM.
