I don't even pay any attention to other people at the gym--male or female. I figure I'm there to work and concentrate on one thing.

You look outstanding...and that bikini is a wonderful color on you to boot!! Congratulations on the pay off of all your hard work.
-
It was like that with me at first and now it's much, much harder. Roll with it and enjoy it.

I have the Fitbit. I wanted a Nike Fuel band but got sick of trying ( unsuccessfully) to purchase one. I like it but I want to do more biking this summer and it won't be as useful then.

I think the reason they suggest removal is that you don't want to wind up in a situation where an obstruction ( stone) causes an infection. Then the situation becomes a whole lot more critical.

All I know is that my husband uses the machines only and he looks fantastic. . I started using them now, too.

You were pretty before and now you're gorgeous. Congrats!

You look fantastic!!

My husband rarely takes all his vacation time so when our son came, he was able to take several weeks off and then went back half days for a few weeks. It was a good thing, too, because I was very ill for the first 6 weeks and recovering from my c-section.

I was on it for a year and a half after my son was born ( postpartum depression) . The folks stating that the withdrawal symptoms are bad are spot on. Even coming off of it under a doctor's care is awful--misery even. Those years are a fog to me now and I regret taking it.

If you're still in significant pain and have let your doctor know, then I would consider another gastro doctor. I used to work for 6 specialists and , as sad as it is to say, some were better than others. As one poster suggested, you may be having issues with your bile ducts.

I think confidence is a great thing and I've not been offended by anything I've seen here. I will say that there can be a difference between being and looking confident and taking it too far. Case in point, the lovely Rhianna the other day wore a top that you could see all her boobs in. I mean everything. That's too much…

I think your only choices are to start early, early in the a.m. or get hubby to watch the kids for an hour while you get some workout time in the evening. Can you find time on the weekend to get at least two good workouts in then? Best of luck to you.

Twice a week but usually log only once--unless it's a milestone.

I don't think she's fat or ugly . I think the way she lives her life and what she stands for is grotesque though . I think that sometimes people can't separate the two.

Spend time on any public forum and you'll see why the United States keeps lagging more and more behind in education. Folks can call it snobbery but it's symptomatic of something much more troubling.

I'm not sure how I feel about chemicals being the sole reason people are fat but your comment makes me call to mind the absolutely huge numbers of people ( women mostly) being diagnosed for autoimmune diseases.Lots of theories as to why this is happening and one is that it's from the long term effects of the chemicals in…

My son likes the Dragon Orb series right now but we've reading together since he was a baby. The Chronicles of Prydain ( There's a kickbutt girl in there) The How to Train Your Dragon series My son liked the Laura Ingalls Wilder books. They might appeal to both. He went through a Magical Tree House phase ( albeit short)…

Wasn't there a comedian who used the food sex, and silence line before? I'm thinking Chris Rock or Dave Chappelle.

No one really feels like they have enough time in the day. I know someone who literally sits on the couch ALL day watching Netflix but still turns around and says, "I have no time for that." It's all about priorities. Choose yours and you'll be amazed at how much you can get done. Best wishes!!

I guess I'm in the minority. I make mine everyday. It takes less than 2 minutes so I'm not sure how it could cut THAT much into time to work out like someone else stated. I do say to each their own though. I just prefer my house to be super organized. I wash the sheets twice a week . I also wash my bathroom rugs at least…

Spot on!! I tanned for a few years and I regret it a million times over. When I was young I didn't want to hear people lecture me on wrinkles, spots, etc.. Now I soooooo wish I had listened more. I never leave the house without sunblock now and I embrace my paleness.

Swan Song was excellent!! Loved Larsson's books, too! I don't feel the love for the Hunger Games Triology. I liked the first one but the second was boring enough to make me not even want to read three

You must remember that we're ALL in different stages of our own journeys. The fact that we can make our own choices--good AND bad--is a blessing and a right .

It's hard to choose just one when you read about 40+ a year. (Looks like we're cut from the same cloth). I really, really enjoyed George Martin's Song of Ice and Fire trilogy. The first one is the best--Game of Thrones. HBO has done a great job with the series so far.

These are some of those most encouraging and positive comments I've read here. Bravo!

Chiefs stumbled badly by giving Cassel all that money. He's not a great QB---any stiff could look good with NE's team. I think Matt Flynn from GB would be a much better gamble by a team than Cassel ever was .

Too many of you are assuming Manning is 100%. Personally, I'd rather see him retire than watch him be carried off the field in stretcher. But it is sad to see a successful era end. We've seen it in Pittsburgh this year when they released Hines Ward.

Excellent post!!

I agree! That was hilarious!
