Hiya! Been using MFP for 2.5 years with a current streak of 670 days. Open diary. I eat all the foods and drink the drinks, no restrictions here. Gladly accepting friends. :flowerforyou: :drinker:

I'm 5'7" and started at 260, down to 170. Feel free to add me as a friend. I log regular and my diary is open. I started with Leslie Sansones Walk Away the Pounds(You can find them some on YouTube) and it just took off from there.

Jelly Bellies. Reese's Cups. Most Haagen Daaz Ice Creams. ( Why put it in such a small container if I'm not suppose to eat it all!?!?) Avocados.

I grew up with parents in separate rooms. Dad worked 2 jobs, 2nd and 3rd shift and his coming in the middle of the night was disruptive. He also liked to sleep in a cold room at about 58-60. My mom was a big lady who had to sleep on her back and snored like a chain saw. Seriously you could hear her through walls. In order…

Grapenuts. Why on earth would you want to turn a grape into THAT? lol

I'm doing StrongLifts 5x5 and reading NROL4W. I like the simplicity of StrongLifts but really like the variety that NROL4W offers up. Regardless, you have to find something YOU enjoy. If you don't like it you won't stick with it.

Great work! You look fabulous!

So much yes!

Thong or G. Too much fabric and it just end up wedged in mah buttcrack.

Freaking terrific! Keep up the amazing work. I've never ridden a horse but it's on my bucket list!

Bump^^ Loving this thread.

My Mom loved it and passed that on to me. I haven't been able to find a local enough live show but someday I will make it to one! I have to watch it at LEAST once a year, and I keep the soundtrack tossed in my standard music rotation. Nothing like a reason to break out into dance.

You look great! Keep up the terrific work!

Leslie Sansone has some great Walk at Home videos available on YouTube. They are pretty easy but you can up the intensity by holding small hand weights or just exaggerating the movements. Hope you feel better soon and take care!
-
Hey I'm making this with dinner! Are you hiding in my kitchen?

Most certainly don't do something that you dislike so much. There is enough of that in life, this is something you have to do for you so pick something you enjoy. That way you will stick with it and look forward to doing it. Don't give up, but reevaluate what you are doing so you are happy. Life is too short!

Congratulations on your amazing success! Such a great transformation. Also Love The Brak Show tee.

Top photos are 245ish June of 2012 Bottom photos are 165ish June 2013 I started doing mostly cardio 30-60 Minutes 5 days a week. Now I am more in the weight lifting and less cardio. I just prefer the way it makes me feel. I'll do another set of pics in June this year. I eat 1600 on a typical day up to 2200 if I push hard…
-
This is my 1 year comparison pics from June 2012 in the green shorts at about 245 and then June 2013 with the black shorts at about 165. I plan on doing another set this coming June to see how much more my body has changed. I'm not focused on the number on the scale going down anymore but the number on the weights I lift…

I picked mine up at a local big box store(Meijer). I want to say they were about 8 dollars each. I use them all the time, but the best part is just tossing them into my luggage and taking them where ever I happen to be going. No excuses.

I am not so worried that my kids would be on their sixth cookie, but that someone may give them an allergen. My kids are lucky they are not allergic to anything but my niece was 6 months old and someone at a holiday party thought it was a good idea to "sneak her a taste" of a peanut butter cup. Needless to say it was a fun…

I quit 7 years ago on my sons 1st birthday. You can do it. TBH they repulse me now, just the smell sometimes will make my stomach roll.
