I really pay attention to my sodium (prepared meals and such) as well as carbs. The protein I don't pay as much attention to as it makes me feel full longer as well as the fiber. I do try to stay within calorie limits and drink lots of water!

He hasn't given me the "talk" but he does dishes and such for me so that I have time to walk in the afternoon and evenings. He has never said anything about the weight I have put on but is happy that I am doing this for myself. The other nice thing is that he eats whatever I cook, so that makes it easy to stay on track.

Get fitted now. They will ask the purpose of the shoe and you can tell them. They will fit you with the correct shoe so as to make it more beneficial. I did and I am just starting to walk 2-4 miles every day. Best decision I have made besides jining MFP.

I have my diary set so that only my friends can see it, even that took a while cause I didn't want the flack I thought I would get for my alcohol consumption. I start in the morning and usually by lunch I have more that half of my 8 cups gone. Try adding lemon or lime juice to flavor it a bit. I don't count my coffee even though I drink it black no sugar.

I did the HCG diet back in 1997. It does work and I ate 1500 calories a day. I kept it off for 7 years and then slowly started putting it back on. Reason for gain.....laziness and complacency. While I am not using it at the moment, I have found it to be beneficial if you have a medical professional helping you.

I have made different versions of these and my husband and i love them. I use individual silicone muffin cups, bake them all on Sunday and we have enough for the week. Just heat them in the microwave in the cup. It's easy and yummy!

I buy the thinnest ones possible, cut off the bottom ends and then marinate for about 30 minutes in garlic, olive oil and a little parmesan c heese. Then I either grill or do a quick saute so they cooked but not mushy. Love them!
