Sounds fun :) I've been using a bike machine for a while now but I'd love some motivation to do more!

Yes! I've done a few sample logs. When I first started out I found that I was either going way over 1440 or way under. After I made a few sample logs of ideas for days so I can stay around my target calorie intake.

It's worth a shot! I have some muffins in the freezer but I haven't tried them yet. I wrapped them in saran wrap then I put them in a freezer bag. Here's a couple of articles I found that may be able to help: http://www.hillbillyhousewife.com/how-to-freeze-muffins.htm…

If it's occasional, then I don't think it would be too bad. You could also try making your own Nutella at home so it's not as bad for you. http://theeccentriccook.blogspot.com/2011/07/homemade-nutella.html http://blogs.babble.com/family-kitchen/2011/02/24/homemade-nutella-oh-yes/

Some ideas of things you can take: 1. Salad in a mason jar - dressing on the bottom, then hearty items (peppers, cucumbers, green beans, carrots, etc), then lighter foods (nuts, tomatoes, broccoli, quinoa, oranges, sprouts, etc), and lastly, your choice of greens. 2. Meatballs - I get these turkey meatballs at Stop and…

http://delightsbites.blogspot.com/2012/02/lime-cilantro-chicken-tacos.html Lime Cilantro Chicken Tacos - seriously, so yum! I made my own salsa due to an onion allergy, mixed up my own taco seasoning, and left out the jalapeno (too hot for me!). My family loved it.

No soda for me! I only drink it occasionally but I'd like it to be never.

I actually started today! I got a treadmill and decided I should work on my running...it's pretty bad. I felt really good after doing it...I think I might do it more than three times a week, though.

I'm supposed to eat more than 1200, but I have trouble doing that if I don't eat junk food. I don't like to eat and I feel full and gross a lot, so the thought of eating makes me feel sick. I wish I could eat more with loading up on junk.

When I hit 156, I'm buying a pair of TOMs. At 120 (or whatever weight around there that feels right), I'm getting my hair straightened. And after I stay at 120 for awhile, I'm going on a shopping spree. I've already started saving.

Do you think sunflower seeds would work? I have a tree nut allergy.
