Not getting enough calories?!
This is a major problem...I often don't hit 1,200 calories unless I eat junk food. I don't eat a lot, never have. For example, I had a yogurt for breakfast and I almost threw up after eating because I was so full. And eating vegetables and fruits don't seem to help since a lot of them are low calories.
