It is not something I eat all the time, but I definitely have corn on the cob a few times per month.
Edit: also, it is considered a starch, so just make sure to balance it out with protein and a non-starchy vegetable.0 -
I think farmers feed corn to cows and pigs to fatten them up so I eat
only a little in the summer because I can't resist fresh corn on the cob.0 -
If it fits in your daily calorie allotment, absolutely.
Fresh corn is one of my favorite parts of summer - I have a whole bunch growing in the garden right now!0 -
