I feel like this is all I comment on! Probably because it's the only thing I'm doing right now :laugh: I love it! Just finished week five day one. So far I am keeping up and haven't had to repeat any weeks but tuesday is the 8 minute running intervals so we will see...still can't imagine the 20 minute full run but I have noticed a huge difference in my stamina and breathing. Not a lot of scale movement but definitely have lost inches and some of my love handles! Good luck!0
