Sesame Seed Coated Salmon Salmon

Hey guys, just wanted to share a quick, easy recipe I made the other night. Absolutely delicious!
In a pan, use a small amount of oil (I used sesame, olive would probably work fine) and put it on a stove top at medium heat.
Place sesame seeds in a bowl or on a plate. The amount of seeds will depend on how much salmon is being covered. Cover the salmon with the seeds. White or black seeds will work - I used a combination of the two.
Put the salmon in the pan and cook for about 4 minutes. Flip over, and cook for another for minutes. Check to see how done the fish is and cook longer if desired.
Serve with salt or pepper and a squirt of lemon juice.
