1 1/2 pounds ground turkey, 6 TBS tomato sauce, spices to taste (I use adobo, cayenne, light chili powder). Brown meat and drain, add tomato sauce and spices. Serve in a tortilla, with tortilla chips with cheese, or just eat the meat and cheese.

Hi! I am looking to lose over 100 pounds so I can relate to you. The one thing that keeps me away from fast food is reminding myself how awful I feel after I eat it. Overnight oats I made for the first time (oats, oat milk, vanilla greek yogurt, chia seeds, and flax meal). I added a little bit of brown sugar and cinnamon. So yum! I made them because I really want some breakfast items i can take on the go - the oats in the mason jar will be perfect to take with me on the way to school.

Why do I do cardio indoors? Simple - extreme allergies and asthma. Exercising outside puts me in extreme pain, makes me more likely to have an allergic reaction or asthma attack.
