same here. the first few weeks i would lose a pound or two each week, then one week nothing, then the week i would slack i would lose 2 or 3 pounds. but overall its coming off, so im not too worried. if you see some loss overall then just keep going...its just gonna be a bit slower for us.

also...on here somewhere i remember seeing a post about this video that compared the digestion of ramen/gatorade/ and gummy bears against a comparable meal prepared from scratch with no additives/preservatives. kind of gross, but it gets the point across.

if your goal is only to lose weight and you aren't that concerned about health and well being then yes, calories in, calories out probably will do the trick. however, i think that if more people really knew how different they would feel if they switched to a plant based, non processed diet (or at least most of the time)…

i spend about 40-50$ a week for myself. ive found that avoiding meat seems to help, and replacing it with cheaper (and healthier!) alternatives like eggs, tofu, and canned beans. a lot of times people say produce is the culprit, but if you've got a walmart with a grocery store nearby you can get a lot for not much money.…
