I'm not very helpful either...I work 11p-7a, get my kids off to school/daycare, nap from 8-10:30, get up, and workout until noon. I'm up the rest of the afternoon until @ 6pm, sleep for 4 hours, do it all over again 4 days a week. The other 3 are my days off/hubby is home from work. Its the only way I can make exercise…

I have thought of quitting, I have had those bad thoughts that I cannot do this anymore, Jillian is crazy, I wasn't seeing progress fast enough, but I am holding onto my 90 day commitment! Just takes a pep talk here and there somedays. :happy:

I was very hung up on my numbers too. I think I stayed the same weight for 3 -4 weeks & was ready to throw in the towel. I'm a little disappointed I wasn't losing crazy insane weight like I had hoped. I start week 9 today, all I could say when I previewed the video was OMG. I also told my husband when I work out in the morning to check on me after 30 minutes to make sure I'm still standing, and to ignore anything else he hears unless its a call for help from the basement. :smile:

I finish week 8 this morning. I see a huge change with definition in my arms and legs, plus I went down a pants size or so! I am not following the meal plan either. And, I feel awesome!

Starting week 8, and I still feel like a klutz. I had bad heart burn this morning, so it was a lot of modifying. I really want to get the first circuit in 7 down without having to go to my knees just once. I have no idea if I should do an extra week of 7 & 8, or move onto 9 & 10 next week....
