I started Saturday after feeling extremely guilty with 2 days of buffets while away. Today is my 1st cardio day, I'm adding an extra 30 minutes of yoga/kickboxing this first month to all days. This will be my 2nd full round of BR. I was using the workouts sporadically after I completed round 1 in May.

I am on Phase 3 for the 2nd round of BR. 9 and 10 are still a challenge, but easier than the 1st time I did it! I still need my hands to push off the floor too.

It's going to be hard, you're going to be sore. Before pictures and progress pictures will keep you motivated too! Change takes time, but you will see and feel a huge difference in the end! And, if you decide to go a second round of BR, you will still be challenged by the program again. It's seriously changed my life!

I can easily survive Jillian's workouts, but Bob's are so much harder and pose new challenges for my sanity, muscles, and soreness. I really like his approach and style, and am determined to conquer them just as I did Jillians! He's very motivating!

I forgot how much of a butt-kicker Workout 5 was....until I redid it today on my 2nd round of BR. The good news is that it didn't seem as hard or scary like the first time.....you will get so much stronger by the end, keep it up!

Post Partum Depression with each of my children. Anxiety so bad I didn't want to leave my house. Worked 3rd shift and never slept. Never took care of me until I finally got my wake up call to.

I was missing how I felt after BR workouts for the last week and a half, so I am starting over again. I don't want to shell out more money for another program and tried a few other workout DVDs I had, it just wasn't cutting it for me.
