... and oh my god, I'm broken!! Haha. Jillian destroyed me, but you know what? Those 30 minutes flew by. I'm sweating like a pig but feeling good!

Those squats will hurt in the morning though!!

Anyone else doing BR and got any tips?

    I did it this summer! The odd days seem to be harder and each new workout you wonder how the hell she can get harder but you will be use to it by the end of each two week period. I lost 16 lbs doing it! Loved it. Good luck!!

    It's going to be hard, you're going to be sore. Before pictures and progress pictures will keep you motivated too! Change takes time, but you will see and feel a huge difference in the end! And, if you decide to go a second round of BR, you will still be challenged by the program again. It's seriously changed my life!

    I only made it 2 months in......Holy crap....I plan to restart the program next week!!! She's insane but gets results!!
